• Proof of Technical Issue: Customers are required to provide proof of the defect, such as sending a video or photos that show the issue.

Return Policy: 

• 48-Hour Trial: You can try the device for 48 hours, and if it does not meet your expectations, you can return it for a full refund. 

• Return Conditions: o The device must be in its original condition and not excessively used. o All accessories and original packaging must be returned. o Proof of purchase must be provided.

Payment and Installment Policy:

 • Payment Methods: We accept all approved payment methods, including credit cards and online payments via partners like “Tabby” and “Tamara.”

 • Installment Policy: When using the installment service, payment deadlines must be adhered to according to the terms of the agreement with the service provider (Tabby or Tamara). 

• Late Payment Fees: In case of delayed installment payments, additional fees may be imposed by the installment service provider.

Shipping and Delivery: 

• Delivery Time: Products will be delivered within 2-4 business days after the order is confirmed.

 • Shipping Costs: The customer bears the shipping costs in case of returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect

. • Shipment Receipt: Receiving the shipment is considered confirmation by the customer that the product is in good condition.
